1. My legs feel a bit tired. I feel like I've been putting in lots of miles but am slacking in the strength training department.
2. I try to make smart decisions.
3. I'm very happy that I skipped the easy 4-miler this morning for 45 minutes of strength training. I feel much better, except for the fact that I can tell I've been slacking in upper body work. The push-ups I did this morning were so freaking hard!
I love your number 2!
ReplyDeleteMy legs feel tired too, but I haven't been putting in the miles. Whenever I fly transatlantic I tend to get charlie horses for a few nights afterward. Argh!
ive been slacking also. i have not had a good strength training workout in over a month.
ReplyDeleteneed to get back to it!
I have been slacking on strength training, too. And I totally skipped my 4 miler this morning since it was POURING. I just could not find the motivation to run at 5 am IN THE RAIN. No thanks. I might run tomorrow or I might skip that run all together. We will see..
ReplyDeleteGood job on the strength training! I am also lacking in the upper body strength. I told myself I was going to start doing more (like pushups, etc) but have I? NO...
ReplyDeleteNumber 2 seems random :)
ReplyDeleteBut I guess it goes with number 3--smart decision :)
I started a new strength training workout today and my legs are dead!!! Way to get the miles in:)
